STA Support is offered on multiple levels
Whether your a Techno Whiz or Techno phobic, STA Support can offer the service you need to make life easer and not harder when using the Student Teacher Aid.
Our goal is to reduce the time it takes for you to access information about students and courses allowing you to be more efficient in managing all aspects of your programs.

On Site Support
As part of the initial setup process with STA, a 1 hour on site support is offered to get you going.
This includes:
Adding your first course
Adding the subjects for the course
Adding the competencies
Adding teachers and linking them to subjects
Adding students and linking them to courses
Adding teaching sessions
Adding skills and assignments and linking competencies
How to enter attendance data
How to view student progress
Setting up your reporting system
How to access Online support

Phone Support
Phone support is also offered to assist in quick results in managing and using the STA system
Your administrator or teachers can contact Phone Support for any issues during normal business hours

Our extensive online support can be accessed 24hrs 7 days a week free of charge.
Just click the icon near the STA logo to access our extensive online help resources.
We use clear easy to understand video/audio to help you through every aspect of the STA system
